Look through our wonderful, growing list of recipes below. All of our recipes follow four major guidelines that will keep you healthy and fit:
1. In season produce only. Nature provides the food that is good for you at the right time always. Eating seasonally will help you stay healthy. Look at the date next to the recipe so you can find recipes for the current season.
2. No white flours. Bleached white flour is a major cause of disease in the US today. It contains no nutrients and easily causes constipation, which quickly leads to other diseases
3. No refined sugars (white sugar, “brown” sugar, etc.). Refined sugars are another major cause of disease worldwide. Refined sugars have zero nutrient density and go immediately into the blood stream, which can lead to diabetes and other disease.
4. No refined oils. For many years it was believed that saturated fat was a major cause of heart disease in the US. Now we know that it is actually refined, hydrogenated, trans fats (margarine, shortening, etc.) that are the major causes of these diseases.
